In keeping with tradition, Battlestate Games is celebrating the holidays and the new year by delivering a free gift to every Escape From Tarkov player. However, before you can use your skills to unlock your gift, there are a few stages you must complete.
Players received some extremely helpful loot from last year's presents, so it is a great addition with the newly minted wipe that some players are having trouble with. In the new Tarkov wipe, a lot of people are rapidly running out of money because of the new Ground Zero area and its objectives, so the Christmas gift will be much more appreciated than usual.
How To Get The Tarkov Escape New Year's Gift
You need to jump into Tarkov and prepare your character for the wipe before you get your Escape From Tarkov Christmas and New Year's gift. This is a really easy task that should take a few minutes. You can move on to the next step if you have already begun playing this wipe.
The next step is to visit the Escape From Tarkov website and login to your account. After completing that, go to your profile page and scroll to the bottom. There, you will notice a paper clip symbol and a small picture of loot. After you click that sign, your gift will become active.
After that, you must launch Escape From Tarkov and view your messages. A new message from "SYSTEM" will be delivered, containing your New Year's gift. You'll be taken to your gift when you click the "get" button, just like you would for a mission reward. Just move the stuff to your stash, and the treasure is all yours.
